That is a real nice antique fire truck you are standing in front of Holly. Was this going to be restored? and where? With some effort this will be a gem in some museum somewhere!

Oh Dave you are soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo bad. I'm still younger then you, & I will be turning 50 next mth. :harhar:
This was taken last Aug in Enterprise,LA. I saw this trk in front of their fire department. I thought it was an awesome old trk. i don't know if they are going to restore, as the area needs it more then the trk does. I hope they do restore it though. It was in excellent shape.

I will upload a pic of someones restoration project in waiting as seen from the street: some where in Oshawa, Ont.
The License plate is Ont. 1931 and I believe this to be a late twenties truck but with out trespassing I was not able to discern the make/model, etc. Any ideas anybody? My first guess is Autocar because of the radiator cap but that feature was more common back in that era.
P.S. I understand from some supposed authorities of the subject that if you photograph from public property what can be seen in public it is not an invasion of privacy.

If anyone gets around Dartmouth, NS there is a beautiful restored Dodge Longhorn parked inside at the Irvine truckstop just before you get to Dartmouth. It is all red paint and chrome. I love those old longhorns, they look like they are doing 80 mph sitting there.
