Ontario wireless cell phone plans

I was wondering what wireless cell phone plans do you people use? Right now I just have a standard rogers phone plan. But I'm about to go out on my first run and I am assuming I am going to be running into the USA alot. Do you guys have some sort of north America calling plan so you don't get raped with roaming charges? Does anyone else use rogers if so what kind of plan do you have? Or if not with rogers what kind of plan do you have with another carrier?

i have north america wide plan 200 minutes with bell and unlimited 10-4, and unlimited texting in canada and 100 messages a month in usa and mobile browser and message centre and caller ID for about 150 a month with taxes.
i don't have a home phone and just use cell for everything.

if you do alot of calling it might be cheaper to get a US phone and one canada phone and use each in their home country. same with the internet aircards, since bell no longer has a north america plan for aircards, it would likely be cheaper to get one through verizon for around 40-50 a month and then one in canada for around 40-50 a month.

you would just have to get a USA adress somehow, in port huron or something. i have seen companies advertise they will give canadian's a US adress.
I pay 100 a month for the north america aircard plan, but new customers cannont get that plan now i am told, i was not even supposed to have got on it, but somehow i did.
