Hi,
Can any one tel me why o/o who get one day cab truck can not get a work,but another o/o who works same company have his four day cabs get every day work?

what is going on with this company.

could be lots of reasons, working cheaper or more liked by dispatch

Could also be seniority , were the other trucks signed on with the company before your truck ?

When things get slow some will try and pass the work around so that everyone gets some , while others give it to the ones that were there the longest and if theres none for the newer O/O's so be it.

Maybe cash or other favors under the table, lots of bought and paid for dispatchers and traffic mgrs out there.
