CSA 2010 is an American system that comes into effect July 2010. It may or may not show on your CVOR (Ontario Based Driver) and your employer's CVOR as Pipeman stated depending upon whether paperwork was done.

If it's just a warning, it won't show up on your cvor, but they will be watching to see if you have corrected the problem.

YESSSS, it will show up on the CARRIER PROFILE.
It won't show on the driver profile though.
Any time a commercial vehicle is stopped for an inspection a report is generated on the carrier cvor.

There is a report that goes on your carrier profile. It's up to the carrier to fill in about a 17 page report as to why he shouldn't have these points against his profile.

Check on the carriers that you're thinking of going to work for.

And here's the piece of papar that follows the driver.
