do fleet managers treat drivers fairly

So far mine sucks.but with new year maybe will turn over new leaf.will see.In his favor he did get me home the day before i wanted to be home.and he did have a preloaded trailer in yard for me in bc.even was my trailer lol.I am glad as the new trailer has two boxes on it so can store stuff in the boxes.I have decided to not run more than 11 hours a day in us.to hard on my body and all get is a bunch of log violations no thank you good job nothing.so not doing no more.If not like I willhave to find another job.

That's the way to go BW. Sit down the terminal manager & tell she/he that you will not run illegal. Once you have told them your limits, then they will back off. You have to learn to say NO. There will always be the ones who will do these "SPECIAL" runs.
