Cummins ISX 565 - EGR flow sensor

Does someone can tell me who is manufacturing the flow sensor for EGR (DP Cell) or who is manufacturing the connector for this sensor. I want to build a extension cable for this sensor so I need a plug and a socket. I take a look on the plug and I can't see any number of make on them.
