You walk into an establishment and order a drink you know what the ramifications are!

I think thats been around for awhile .
I feel for the families lose but those young kids knew better
and theres anouther low paying industry that you make a mistake in judgement and can come back to haunt you . hopfully no one gets charged .

The families involve here are somewhat affluent in the region, and the results will open the door for civil suits. I wonder if they will go after the car manufacturer too. After all, if it wasn't for the car, the accident would not have happened.

I'm wondering if a person charged with impaired driving could use "it's the bar that made me do it" defense?

Knock yourself out Ralph.
I use it every day @ work. It really works, as I get left alone because they don't want to hear my reasoning for how it's not my fault.:36_1_65[1]:

This is being tried all the time.
The bar's a taking a big hit with the accountability excuse. Shame on those who use it. All they see is $$$$$ sign's.
