Young Andrew was workinbg in Fort McMurray making big dollars when he got a call from his brother telling him that their Dad had passed away.
Andrew informed him that he couldn't leave his job but to make sure sure his Dad had the best send-off of any Newfie in Cornerbrook because he deserved it and that he would pay the bill.
The bill came out to $16,000.00 and as soon as Ancrew got it, he cut a cheque and paid it in full.
About a month later, he got another bill for $126.00 ($120.00 + GST) and he went ahead and paid it.
Hell, another month goes by and he gets another bill for $126.00. He phoned his brother and asked him what these bills of $126.00 were for.
His brother replied," You said when we buried Dad that you wanted the best for him so we rented a Tuxedo to bury him in".
