Ron, how many plows is steed and evans running this year?
we got 4 where i work

There's two plows that run out of the yard I work at outside of Acton. There's another six in Guelph. Kitchener had around 30 and I'm not sure about the yards in Woodstock, London, Brantford, Paris, Strathroy, Canfield, and Niagara.

We plow a lot of highways around the Southwestern part of the province.

Theres only 15 plows in 4 sheds for all county roads in the whole county we work for. 4 of ours, 8 county plows, 2 of another company, and one other companys plow! How do you like plowing shoulders?

we have problems doing that sometimes, get over too far and next thing you know, the truck is on its side.
Get into the big high banks and you can't see anything, snow is hitting windsheild so hard! lotsa fun! haha

Oh yeh!! Been there, done that!! We don't really have too many major drifts on our routes yet. I don't mind winging shoulders but people snowblowing their lane out seem to be bothered by it!!! :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:
