Yeah but youre playing with numbers here monsieur oneliner.
Just look at Transforce, on your list it's only one company BUT how many of the divisions, or companies that they bought ARE union.
Thats a lot of suckers huh????

your right, but I give back the respect I get.
I dont laugh at what others bring as arguments or turn what they say to ridicule.
I dont always agree but I'll come up with arguments I wont treat the ones that are not in agreement with me like varmin.
I'm just getting tire of this BS, and maybe it's the point, pizz me off until I go away maybe I dont know.
Do I treat you like that Ralph???

I didn't realize they were union/Teamsters. Transforce closes up companies that they buy...Provider comes to mind. They were rolled into the McArthur fleet. When these 40 Teamsters got laid off were they placed elsewhere by the local union hall? Isn't that one of the union's perks or responsabilities?

Lucien, there are many better paying jobs locally than Teamster jobs. The job I left in the spring was one of them. Better hourly pay, 80% benefits (maybe the Teamsters are better, maybe not) boot allowance, uniform provided, clothing allowance, 5% pension match and all the other perks. The Teamsters that I know (again locally) do OK but not as well as you would think...unfortunately.
