All Drivers will be required to attach a truck tag to the back of their vehicles prior to leaving the Primary Truck Booth. They will then remove it when arriving @ the respective offsite warehouse where they will present it, immediately to the arrivals counter.


The officer working this booth will provide the tag to each driver & instruct the driver as follows:

1/ Attach it to their vehicle under observation of the officer, and
2/ Immediately, upon arrival in the warehouse compound, to remove it & bring it to the ARRIVALS counter.

The driver will retain the tag until he is ready for final clearance/export. The tag will be required in order to receive this clearance and / or exit number(in the case of the Ambassador Bridge Commercial).

It would be quicker for the driver to pull forward from the booth, the customs officer gets out of his chair and attach"s the truck tag to the trailer. He then waves to you when he has done it so you can leave.

The driver then removes it when he gets to the customs compound.

Maybe that's to easy :)
