I guess I should elaborate a bit.

$.24 per km. period.
no wait pay
no layover pay
no border pay
no multiple or single drop/pickup pay
no pay for regular NYC runs
"Why should they? Nobody pays that stuff!"

You'd meet the rat if you went for an interview

.38 cpm is okay, but that is not a driving job as much as it is a warehouse job, with no hourly rate it is nfg.
