One night at supper in the Country Style Truckstop, Memphis Indiana, there were several of us drivers at a big table swapping jokes including Blue Ox..aka Steve Skinner. The topics somehow drifted around to suicides so I asked them if they had heard about the Plastic Surgeon that had hung himself?
