I have been perusing the home rental ads as my new job has me wanting to relocate to Niagara, somewhere between the canal and the river. I'm not sure if this ad is serious or a joke but I found it amusing;

Wanted. We need a house. Our landlord kicked us out for no reason at all. There are 5 of us. We are looking for a new place to call home.
We would like it to be all inclusive and have air conditioning. We have a few small pets. 2 cats, a few rats and a python. The cats and rats won't be around long. We put food out to collect new ones all the time.
Sometimes we have bunnys, or mice, or lesser snakes. Dogs too and raccoons.
Landlord is to remove garbage from property, and cut the lawns and shovel the driveways.
The last landlord apparently got upset when he realized where his kitty's were going. I kept telling him it was the Chinese buffet down the road. But I think he found the collar when he took out the trash. What a jerk. Nosing through our trash.
