KITCHENER — A pedophile who has abused 16 children should get another chance to show he can be free without committing crimes, a psychiatrist testified Friday.

“I can’t say for sure that he’s unsafe,” Dr. Paul Fedoroff told Kitchener court.

No lets give him another chance... if he can survice being put in the GP (General population)of the Kingston pen for a year then give him another chance... chance of him surviving a year in the GP of the Pen is pretty nil so.....They know how to take care of business in there
