cool if see mine going up hill can walk faster than it goes up mnt.run in mnts truck spec for running flat lands lol

I know what that is like! One unit I drove I had to down shift going up Fancy Gap when empty. That is only a 6.0% grade for 7.5 miles. So the signs say but that must be the average gradient. Another unit was much better with a light load and locked up on cruise control it hardly even slowed up! Of course there is more horsepower available electronically when on cruise in most engine set ups. This time of year though I rarely used cruise for fear of not seeing that patch of black ice which would break traction!!! I think I recall that Fancy Gap, Va. the calculation comes to 1100 feet change in altitude approximately. It always felt like you came out of Winter into Spring inside N.Carolina!
