Next year if I'm still going to do the plow driver thing I should carry a camara with me and get pictures of stupid four-wheelers!!
Just yesterday someone had to pass me on the right when I was slushing off the centre lane of a four-lane stretch on my route. Well, the slush hit his windshield and he ended up driving up a snow bank and his truck on a 45 degree angle!!!! Just goes to show, better to say behing the plow than end up in the rhubarb!!!

Yes Ron, Please do take your camera even now while there are still a few days left of the current winter! I recommend that you do like I do if you are in motion. Get the camera "armed" when you can have a moments free use of your right hand, then when you take the shots or video just hold the camera up out at arm's length and point it in the general direction of what it is you want as a subject but still pay attention to your driving more than the camera of course. Take multiple shots, too. You may have a high per centage of rejects to delete but there will be some keepers, too!
I recall coming back from the West years ago on Hwy #11. I had stopped overnight because of the heavy snow and needing some bunk time around either Geraldton or LongLac. After Breakfast, I was underway now on plowed roadway when up in the hills East of LongLac there was a side road intersection from the right that was downhill into the highway cut. The plowed out roadway had a huge windrow on either side, and perched on the top of this windrow right side up was a bright red mini sized GM car that appeared abandoned. In the brief moment you get to glance at it while at speed, I did not see any tracks as to how it arrived there! This was a drift of snow in the order of 12 or 15 feet high, and to recover this vehicle might require a crane not a tow truck! Saw the same thing with a minivan on the QEW west bound near Oakville that same year where a person wearing the headgear from the Asian subcontinent perched it on the windrow of the on-ramp and it was teetering precariously as he tried to exit the vehicle without changing the balancing act. Needless to say the witty remarks on the "Big Road Telegraph" were almost worthy of Mike Bullard"s "Open Mike with Mike Bullard". By the way I just read yesterday, Mike is now back but on Serious Satelite Radio with 2 other Comics after his 2 year "vacation". Why they are on Serious Satelite is beyond me as they all have never been serious in their lives!!!!Chiao.

hahaha stupid 4 wheelers!!
I never been passed on the right while plowing yet, but i have almost had a couple head on crashes in front of me, idiots pull out and pass me when theres oncoming traffic!
The other day i was on the high side of a curve, and this idiot pickup driver comes flying around me on the low side of the curve, he couldn't even see the car coming right at him! I thought they were gonna hit for sure, but the pickup just got back in front of me in time!
I think its funny how sometime i hear the salt hauler truckers whining on the cb radio, that i'm holding them up. If truckers ask nice on radio i will let them past, but if there gonna be rude, screw them, they can stay behind me!
I never pull over to let 4 wheelers past, they are safer behind me, so they can stay there!

When I was still a newbie semi-driver, I had just delivered a load of box board to the old knitting mill (antique bldg) on Davenport I think it was. Now empty and heading back to the mill in Whitby, I stopped for the lights at Dufferin to make a right turn to go up hill to the 401, and this is a two lane road with a left turn lane at the lights which were red with a do not turn on the red light sign. I looked in my right mirror, why I don't know because I am next to the sidewalk, and here is a 4 wheeler with 2 up on the sidewalk going around me because he cant wait! I chased him up the hill only to see him disappear into a long lane after only 7 blocks. He was going into an old repair garage! I have nowhere to park and give him a piece of my mind and risk getting my dental work rearranged! But I have since learned that the brain dead have special purpose licenses because they are only following the laws of physics. If there is a vaccuum go fill it immediately!

A couple of weeks ago I was doint the same thing. Slushing off the centre of a four-lane and a guy passes me on the right with his window down and I think he was giving me the one finger salute! It was hard to tell because his hand, arm and side of his head were covered with slush!!!
