I received a pm from SaddleTramp.
He just got back from Spain last Sunday, with his 2 daughter's & son. On Tuesday, his wife & daughter Kaila were out in the car. They were T-boned @ an intersection by a DRUNK DRIVER. They were hit on the driver side.
Both are in the hospital. Karen is in critical condition, & Kaila is now in stable condition, & if she keep's improving, she may go home next week.

Please keep him & his family in your prayer's.

This is so regrettable but preventable. Remember that it is not the first or last time that a drunk has driven a vehicle while incapable. The next and every time you see or know that some one is operating in a partial state of impairment, the phone call you make to report it may save your own life or someone you know and love! It is an emergency, and do make the call. It is called tough love, or what ever you wish to name it, but it is up to every one to help remove these menaces from the roadways! It takes guts, gumption, and gonads!

Thank you my dear freinds for thinking of us during this time. It seems so senceless; one minute they are pulling out of the place for a trip to town to do a little bonding, and the next thing I know is my son is running out of the house screaming that his Mom and Sis are hurt in and accident and we have to go to the hospital now.
Then to find out it is a friggin drunk and I just want to kill him for what he has done to my girls.
Now we wait for them to mend a bit and see what the doc has to say in a few days. Karen is in critical condition and my girl is stable and may come home soon.

If my posts seem a little goofy here I hope you understand. It is hard to keep yourself occupied when you are sitting and waiting...........

Thank you for your prayers and concern,

Bob ;)
