Three weeks ago I Had an issue with a customer regarding seperating a load, 5 pallets= 70 pallets, I told him I had to call my boss to verify this boss told me give them 5 minutes to pull their skids or leave and bring them back. Took them back.
Any one else find they are getting more support from their co. regarding issues with customers?? :classic:
