Is that $70K to $80K for a 40 hour work week, or is it 44 hours?

    Thanks for the question.

Pay for each delivery route is not hourly; it is determined on a formula with 4 factors:
    - KM's
    - Weight of the load
    - Dollar value of the load
    - Number of deliveries

We find that on average, once a driver is comfortable in the role (once they have gotten comfortable with delivery locations, offloading deliveries etc), they earn $31/hour on average with this formula.

Drivers in their first-year earn $1200-1400 on average working 4 days a week, but there is almost always room for overtime available if that's something you are looking for, whether that be taking on a fifth day, or helping other drivers in the area with their deliveries after you have completed yours (this additional work is paid on an hourly basis). Overtime is paid after 40 hours.

Having done the job myself for more than 3 years, it's definitely a position that gets easier the longer you work as not only do you get more efficient with your routes but you can also bid on higher paying routes based on seniority with the company.

I do like formula pay systems. Much more fair for efficient workers who will make more then times wasters do
